Marc is the son of Sally Wadsworth and the late Dr. Marc H. Wadsworth.  Marc will attend Miami University in the fall and study biochemistry and piano performance.  While at Findlay High School, Marc was drum major for the Findlay Trojan Marching Band.  In addition, he participated in Findlay First Edition and Voices in Perfection show choirs, orchestra, choir, wind ensemble, and the spring musical.  In addition, he attended the Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and participated in the International Youth Choir.  He also provided background piano music for many school and community events.

Scholarship applicants must plan on majoring or minoring in music in college.  Applications are available in the SAC office or the music wing at FHS.  In addition to completing the cover sheet, an applicant must include a list of all musical activities that he or she has been involved in during grades 9-12, a 750-word typed essay describing the influences of music on his or her life, career goals, musical activities he or she intends to participate in while in college, and two letters of recommendation.
